We are the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach us at contact@farmstocknutrition.com.

What we collect and why

When you contact us — your name, email, phone number and your message. We use it to answer you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry).

When you place an order — your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and what you ordered. We use it to take payment, deliver your order and deal with any problem. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for tax records.

Card details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

If you opt in to marketing — your name and email, so we can tell you about new products and offers. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, and we will stop.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, to take payment.
Our couriers, to deliver your order.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: six years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Enquiries: up to two years. Account data: while your account is open, and then a short period afterwards in case of a dispute.

Where it is stored

Our systems are hosted in the EU and UK. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to: see a copy of what we hold; have it corrected; have it deleted where we have no reason to keep it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable form; and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these, email contact@farmstocknutrition.com. We will respond within one month. There is nothing to pay.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
