Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by the business trading as FarmStockNutrition. Our registered company details and postal address are available on request by emailing contact@farmstocknutrition.com.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use farmstocknutrition.com or buy from us. By placing an order or creating an account you accept them. Please read them and keep a copy.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown excluding VAT where VAT applies. Animal feed is generally zero rated, and each product page shows how it is treated. Any VAT is shown separately before you confirm.

We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order.

3. Placing an order

Adding something to your basket is not an order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If something is out of stock, or we have made a pricing mistake, we will contact you before going ahead and you can cancel.

4. Payment

Orders are invoiced and paid by bank transfer (BACS) against a proforma invoice. Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order quantities are shown on each product.

5. Delivery

We deliver to mainland Great Britain. Delivery timescales are estimates. Please check the load on arrival and tell us about any shortage or damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns

Feed is a perishable agricultural product. We cannot accept returns of opened or part-used feed. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Business customers do not have the 14-day cancellation right that applies to consumers.

7. Advice and feeding rates

Any feeding rates, ration suggestions or advice we give are general guidance based on the information you provide. They are not a substitute for advice from your own vet or nutritionist, and you remain responsible for what you feed your stock.

Product images

Product photographs are illustrative. They do not necessarily show the exact cut, weight or packaging you will receive. Every order is packed to the weights stated in the product description.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking this contract. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
