Frequently Asked Questions

Do you visit farms across the whole of the UK?
Yes. We cover England, Scotland and Wales. Travel costs may apply for locations more than 60 miles from our base in Shropshire. We are happy to discuss your location during an initial call.
How do I pay for consulting services?
Consulting services are invoiced separately from product orders. We issue a BACS invoice upon booking confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to confirm on-farm visits, with the balance due within 14 days of report delivery.
Can I combine a consulting service with a product order?
Absolutely — in fact, we recommend it. Many clients book a Nutrition Planning consultation first, then place their product order based on our recommendations. We can combine both onto a single invoice if required.
Are your consultants FACTS or BASIS qualified?
Yes. All our nutrition consultants hold relevant industry qualifications including FACTS (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training Scheme) and are registered members of the British Society of Animal Science.
